Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a non-profit organization in the Dallas area that is hiring a Sourcing Recruiter. The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for the overall recruitment efforts, participating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support the growth and the success of the organization. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role is also responsible for developing effective retention activities as well as support and foster a positive image for the organization.

  • Performing Full life cycle recruitment of Hard to Fill/ Immediate Need Positions.
  • Creating Sourcing Strategies for our most common and hard to fill positions.
  • Conducting proactive candidate searches and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using internal and external sourcing platforms.
  • Screening and evaluating candidate profile and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions.
  • Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses.
  • Reaching out to target talent via social networks.
  • Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns.
  • Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications and engagement.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of managing all phases of the recruitment process, to include posting, preparing, sourcing, selecting, interviewing, hiring, highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in Behavioral/ Mental Healthcare.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting preferred.
  • Experience with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably with Paycom.
  • Experience with multiple job boards and sourcing platforms to include LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Bilingual-Spanish a plus, but not required.
