IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING SKILLED PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISORS!
Imprimis Group has partnered with a fast, growing, beverage manufacturer in North Dallas! We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our client’s floor production operations and supervise and manage direct reports. This role requires presence on the production floor and must ensure manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast-paced work environment.
PRODUCTION (FLOOR) SUPERVISORS - ALL SHIFTS
ONSITE - CARROLLTON, TEXAS | DIRECT HIRE | $60k-$65k

The Production Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational activities to an assigned area of responsibility. The Production Supervisor will have direct reports and must be able to direct, coach, and manage assigned associates. Safety is first! The position requires fundamental knowledge of safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment. The position will ensure area of responsibility and subordinates comply with company policies, departmental GMPs, PPEs, and safety protocols. Moreover, the position requires multi-tasking responsibilities in areas of training, personnel management, continuous improvement, preventive measures, and corrective actions. Must know how to organize and document properly necessary tasks for compliance and / or consistently communicate with line of leadership of any arising production concerns.

- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role within the manufacturing/distribution industry
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma: Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be an advantage
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
Conditions of Employment & Physical Task Requirements:
- Must pass background check, drug test, and I-9 verification
- Must be able to work outside of regular work schedule as required – various shifts offered including evenings and weekends (flex)
- Physical demands & movement ranges during a typical workday and frequency
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, observing of employees and operations on the plant floor
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access all parts of company equipment.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
