Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (Proposed Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Flexible)
Pay Rate: $23/hour, Part-time, contract
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. They are organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a positive and cooperative atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:
- Telephone Management: Screen and route incoming calls; record and deliver messages promptly and accurately.
- Break Room Oversight: Monitor and restock office break rooms with beverages and snacks to ensure availability.
- Office Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, identify needs, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage conference rooms; coordinate catering or refreshments for in-office meetings.
- Office Appearance: Proactively maintain the office's cleanliness and professional appearance, report maintenance issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Correspondence Management: Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Mail Distribution: Review, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Special Projects: Occasionally manage projects such as procuring office furniture or seasonal décor items.
- Professional Interactions: Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional demeanor when working with internal departments, clients, and vendors.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize meeting invites, coordinate video and traditional conference calls, and assist in managing schedules.
- Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and understanding of business best practices.
- Strong time management skills, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, brevity, and formatting expertise.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Flexibility to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, or moving equipment and supplies when necessary.
