Job Description
We are seeking an Office Operations/Facility Coordinator for our client in North Dallas This position requires someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively. Attendance and punctuality are imperative in this position.
Your primary duties will include:

Your primary duties will include:
- Assist with ordering and picking up lunches
- Make sure kitchen and breakroom are clean and well-stocked
- Maintain conference rooms and assure they are "meeting-ready," at all times; assist with the breakdown after meetings (items cleared off surfaces, chairs back in place, etc.)
- Perform various housekeeping duties such as dishwasher maintenance, cleaning break rooms, conference rooms, restocking the fridge, and snack cabinets.
- Assist with the mailroom; maintain and troubleshoot the copy machine and postage meter; distribute mail; prepare, deliver and pickup Fed Ex packages as required
- Primary duty will be to run errands for the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance for running errands. A per diem is provided.
- Able to lift 20 pounds.
- Must be conscientious and alert to whatever is needed to make sure the office operations runs smoothly and facilities appearance is excellent.
- Must be able to work the hours 7:30 to 4:30
