Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ experience in HRIS, benefits analytics, data analytics or HR/Benefits experience. Position is LONG TERM CONTRACT, REMOTE paying $33-40/hour + Benefits

Ideal candidates possess the following requirements:
- Associates’ degree OR Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry
- Intermediate Excel skills with knowledge of systems and best practices to help with data alignment projects after acquisitions
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and data consolidation
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS with experience utilizing UKG required
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven skills required in the following areas/Job Details:
- Develop and/or execute current data validation procedures to assess data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Conduct thorough reviews of imported data to ensure accurate mapping and transformation to UKG
- Compare source data to target data to identify discrepancies and errors
Identify and document data quality issues, such as missing values, duplicates, outliers, and inconsistencies - Perform data profiling to understand data distribution, patterns, and anomalies
Reconcile data counts and totals to verify data integrity - Perform detailed data audits to identify and correct data anomalies
- Create detailed documentation of data validation and verification procedures
- Maintain clear and concise communication with project stakeholders regarding data quality issues and resolution
