Imprimis is seeking a Global Event Coordinator for our client, a prestigious international professional association located in the Las Colinas area. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-years administrative experience, friendly personality and excellent Excel skills. This role will function as the liaison with the organizers of member international events. Collaborates with Event Managers by performing routine administrative functions including preparing reports, providing customer experience and provides support; pre and post event to support the implementation of Global Events.

GREAT CULTURE | $20/HR | NO PRIOR EVENT PLANNING REQUIRED
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Supports all Global Events by driving project administration in collaboration with assigned Event Managers
- Responsible for up-to-date knowledge of registration policies and procedures
- Coordinates and develops registration reports on behalf of the assigned event managers
- Provides pro-active customer service to members and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for the coordination of contractor and vendor SOW’s, input contract intake forms, and coordinate the process flow from beginning to end for all Global Events
- Assist Events Managers with admin support, such as vendor invoicing / payment processing, and budget input
- Collaborate with the Events Director to drive consistency across the team
- Collaborate with Events Managers, to ensure their events are resourced and supported appropriately throughout the planning and execution phases
- Coordinate event physical mailings or information when need arises
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Cvent, and data management software is required
- Membership or association experience preferred
- Assist organizers with tracking schedules, assisting with booking venues, catering, and other event essentials
- Must have excellent Excel skills; skilled with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS highly preferred
- Possess an outgoing friendly personality to function as the point of contact for vendors, managers and event attendees
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building meaningful relationships with all levels of associates, members, and vendors
- Effective time management, organization, and effective prioritization skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to maintain discretion and integrity of confidential information
