IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING A FP&A MANAGER!

DIRECT HIRE | $80-120K

HYBRID| DOWNTOWN - DALLAS, TX

 

IMPRIMIS GROUP has partnered with a global higher education company who is growing their finance and accounting department. The FPA Manager will have direct oversight and responsibilities for forecasting, planning & analysis at the corporate level, as well as for the group of global companies. The FPA Manager must be an internationally minded finance professional having worked in a fast-paced environment with a broad knowledge of accounting and financial management practices.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop effective budgeting / forecasting processes for quarterly or more frequent updates.
  • Prepare ad hoc models for strategic initiatives including potential M&A transactions, restructuring considerations and other matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for individual entities and consolidated groups.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and assist in the preparation of all management reporting packages.
  • Support and help coordinate the daily cash management processes and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Accounting, CFO or CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting required.
  • CPA and public accounting experience preferred.
  • Approximately 5 years work experience in finance, accounting, audit and/or cash management.
  • Multi-lingual skills preferred (Portuguese or Spanish will be helpful).
  • A resourceful continuous learning mindset with a proven track record of mastering new areas and implementing the learnings through sustainable business solutions.
  • Proven humility and approachability with a collaborative/transparent working style.
  • Ability to be organized, self-directed, and able to drive critical initiatives to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work across functional areas in a hands-on fashion.
  • IFRS and private equity-backed experience preferred.
  • Track record of success working in a fast-paced, multi-unit, international organization.
  • Detailed, well-organized, with strong communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a high level of integrity
