Position Overview:
The FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health of the company by working closely with the Controller and CFO. This role is ideal for a driven professional with 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and presentation to senior executives. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing numbers, and assisting with treasury analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CFO and Controller to manage month-end financial processes and reporting.
- Perform financial modeling and put together comprehensive financial analyses.
- Conduct treasury analysis and manage multiple banking accounts with one primary bank.
- Present financial findings and summaries to higher-level executives with clarity and professionalism.
- Prepare and present PowerPoint and Excel-based reports to senior management.
- Provide detailed written summaries of financial analyses and recommendations.
- Utilize ADP and Safe Intact payroll systems for financial management.
- Work with electronic medical records to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in healthcare and investment banking industries.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Experience working with month-end processes and treasury analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail, capable of breaking down complex financial data.
- Knowledge of ADP and Safe Intact payroll systems is a plus.
- Self-driven, eager to grow, and passionate about the industry.
