DIRECT HIRE | ONSITE | DALLAS, TX
$80k PLUS BONUS Imprimis is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing and Operations to oversee the daily operations of a private in-home care company. The ideal candidate will have an active RN Texas or compact license, a strong background in geriatric nursing and operational leadership, and ability to implement the company vision to meet company objectives. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and valid certification to work in Texas
- MSN or MHA in Nursing or Healthcare Administration highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financial management, including profit and loss analysis
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- In-depth knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical and administrative teams to meet company goals
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the company ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality client care and adherence to state licensing regulations
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff to build a competent and motivated team
- Ensure that all services provided meet or exceed regulatory and accreditation standards; address and resolve compliance or quality issues in a timely manner
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within set deadlines
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company goals, review performance, and address any operational challenges
- Offer training that enhances team skills
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
- Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to expand the company’s services and market reach
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
