EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
DIRECT HIRE | ONSITE | DALLAS, TX
$75- $95K range depending on experience
Imprimis is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of a technology firm based in Dallas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or COO as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel with the CEO when required for conferences or investor meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage highly complex and fluid executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and high volume domestic and international travel and expense reconciliation
- Communication Handling: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft, edit, and manage correspondence.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes; follow up on action items; coordinate logistics for team meetings, summits, and events (including travel, catering, and scheduling).
- Travel Arrangements: Book and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives and visiting candidates.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Expense Management: Track and reconcile executive expenses; process and submit reports in a timely manner. Concur experience helpful.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
