$75,000–$80,000 (DOE)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established, multi-tenant office building in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in tenant relations, leasing, staff management, and building operations.

This is a highly visible, on-site position requiring strong communication skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage both people and property with confidence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial office building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants

  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships

  • Handle leasing activities, renewals, and space showings

  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers

  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep

  • Supervise on-site staff and coordinate daily workflows

  • Maintain accurate rent rolls and lease documentation

  • Ensure building operations run smoothly and professionally

  • Respond to after-hours building needs as required
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience

  • Office building experience required

  • Apartment-only or warehouse-only experience will not be considered

  • Proven experience with leasing and lease selling

  • Strong knowledge of building operations and vendor management

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage staff and multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
