Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of consumer collection litigation

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

Conduct legal research and prep for hearings, depositions, and trials

Interact with courts, opposing counsel, and clients

Work closely with a partner and senior attorneys

JD from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona

1–3 years of litigation experience preferred (creditor’s rights a plus)

Strong communication and legal writing skills

Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume docket

Collaborative, adaptable personality
-
Preference for graduates from strong law schools (e.g., ASU)

Requires walking, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs

Punctuality and flexibility with scheduling are essential
