Key Responsibilities:

Manage a docket of consumer litigation cases independently and responsibly

Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery

Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

Appear at depositions, hearings, and trials

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
-
Collaborate with a small legal team and support staff
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Nevada
-
1–3 years of civil litigation or creditor’s rights experience preferred
-
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
-
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
-
Some local and in-state travel required

Preference for graduates from reputable law schools (e.g., UNLV Boyd)
-
Must align resume and LinkedIn profile information

Regular walking, standing, bending; must be able to carry up to 25 lbs

Punctual attendance and occasional extended hours as needed
