OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - LAW FIRM

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years legal assistant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, working well under pressure yet not compromising critical details
- Associates' degree or higher preferred but not required
- Possess a flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Managing calendaring and scheduling appointments
- Interaction with vendors, building facilities and maintenance manager
- Processing invoices; handling incoming and outgoing Fed Ex mail and packages
- Assisting with benefit open enrollment, maintaining detailed electronic confidential benefit and personnel files; handling files being shipped to Iron Mountain for shredding
- Keeping track of employee anniversary, birthday and other important celebratory events and dates
- Creating reports for Administrator
- Ad hoc projects as directed by Administrator
