We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounting Manger to support our clients’ dynamic financial team. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about accounting, finance, with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for performing core accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and month- end close processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience managing multi-location accounting, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role will report directly to executive leadership and will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations (experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus, but not required) including strong GAAP compliance
- Skilled at managing multiple entities and locations financials and accounting records
- Proficient in accounting software, QuickBooks required and advanced Microsoft Excel required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Manage daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and 3-way bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Help coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Track financial performance by location and assist in identifying trends and variances
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and industry practices
- Provide financial insights to help guide company strategy and efficiency improvements
