What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close new business using a consultative sales approach
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Secure contract renewals and long-term partnerships
- Track all activity and customer intelligence in Salesforce
- Hit or exceed monthly customer retention and sales targets
- Represent the company at client meetings and local networking events
- Build and develop relationships with customers through in person meeting and networking.
- Maintain and securing contracts with current customers
- Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Enter intelligence gathered into our Salesforce CRM system for future follow up
- Meet or exceed sales activity goals for retaining customers monthly
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales experience with a solid track record
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- Basic financial/numerical skills to build estimates and margins
- Clean driving record – travel required for meetings and site visits
- Completion of Strategic Selling or Sales Negotiation training is a plus
