RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for key client relationships, with a laser focus on satisfaction and long-term value.
- Lead strategic discussions, presentations, and deliverables with clarity and confidence—ensuring all initiatives align with client goals standards.
- Drive organic account growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing account performance.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships and help clients navigate internal decision-making with ease and confidence.
- Guide cross-functional teams through integrated campaigns, launches, and complex projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Champion collaboration across disciplines—creative, digital, analytics, and beyond.
- Work onsite with client teams in Dallas fostering alignment and trust.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, brand consulting, or digital marketing.
- A proven track record of leading client relationships and managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and innovative campaign strategies.
- Telecom industry experience strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to simplify complexity, energize teams, and drive execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Confidence in strategic discussions at the C-suite level.
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $135,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience
