Imprimis Group, Inc. is seeking an Account/Project Manager for their client, a fast-growing technology services firm located in Carrollton, Texas. $60k TO $65 BASE COMPENSATION
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILIITES:
- Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Identify industry trends
- Manage inbound and pickup request for customer products
- Facilitate outbound shipping requests
- Serve as the liaison between the logistics team and customer for scheduling pickups/freight quotes
- Provide reporting package, along with supporting certificates to customers
- If/when applicable, address any inventory discrepancies with Operation(s) for corrections
- Ensure profitability of account
- Provide profit analysis reporting per program(s) as requested
- Review daily finance queue and prepare invoice/credit memo for customers and send to the client
- Have a strong understanding of the account and respective Service level Agreements (SLA’s) and work with internal departments to ensure client SLA’s are met
- Primary point of contact between the customer and respond to emails, inquires, and new project discussions.
- Assist Sales Team with providing Price Quotes for new opportunities
- Handle other responsibilities as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if have applicable work experience
- 3 years’ experience with project management or account management responsibilities
- Proven ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Possess ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Have a creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
