Contract HR Training Assistant /Human Resources – Training & Development
Onsite – S.E. Dallas | $25-30/hour | Amazing Team & Culture
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Training Assistant to support our clients’ dynamic Training & Development team. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about HR, employee relations, learning and development, with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule new hire and training sessions, coordinate and send out confirmations and reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance logs, and participant data.
- Process course enrollments and respond to inquiries regarding training opportunities.
- Assist in preparing materials and logistics for bi-weekly New Employee Orientation sessions.
- Monitor the HR Training Helpdesk and respond to requests for training record updates in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative and facilitation support to trainers during live training classes.
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma required, Degree preferred, HR certifications highly desired.
- 2+ years of experience in HR support (training, onboarding, benefits, operations)
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups (15 to 30 people).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
