$21/hr to $25/hr
Imprimis Group is hiring a part-time AP and Data Entry Clerk for their client, a faith-based non-profit organization located near Preston/Oak Lawn area of Dallas. The position will report to the business manager and assist with entering data into system, invoicing, posting and reconciliations in QuickBooks. Office hours 8:30 to 5:00. Can be Flexible on days.

- Ability to work 25-30 hours a week onsite
- 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Pushpay database experience helpful but can train
- Bilingual experience is helpful but not required
- Input numerical and alpha data into the client's system, Pushpay from weekly and monthly donations; edit and update any changes in address or donation amounts
- Assist with invoicing and payable posting in QuickBooks
- Assist Business Manager with any additional projects such as campaign fund-raising events
