Estimator – Manhattan, NY
Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with an established, high-end luxury retailer that is looking to hire a TOP caliber Estimator to join their growing office. The Estimator works in collaboration with Customer Service Associates to provide customers with accurate and timely estimates regarding product repairs. Attention to detail as well as basic computer skills are required. The ability to follow very clear standard operational procedures, integrate knowledge and policies into decision making; as well as to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms are also required.
DIRECT HIRE ROLE | ONSITE – Manhattan, NY & Long Island City, NY (25% travel between offices)
$62-68K + PAID BENEFITS + BONUS

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, college degree highly desired.
- 2+ year relevant experience in luxury brands with experience preferred in estimating.
- Technical knowledge and experience, preferably in jewelry or time pieces.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
- Relevant computer programs including MS Office proficient including Excel and Word.
- Department protocols, safety procedures and compliance.
- Attention to detail, deadline driven, high quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, strong time management and outgoing demeanor.
- Excellent math skills, typing skills and eye-hand coordination.
- Ensures all customers’ products receive a thorough and accurate estimate in accordance with luxury standards.
- Estimating jobs for quick service while providing pricing information.
- Providing subject matter expertise and escalation point Assessing watches technically and aesthetically Ensuring data integrity
- Interpreting customer’s wishes Following Company policy Writing very clear estimates Performing quick service jobs
- Making revisions on estimates as required.
- Communicate with customers, clients, vendors, and staff with professionalism.
