REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and valid certification to work in Texas
- MSN or MHA in Nursing or Healthcare Administration highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- In-depth knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical and administrative teams to meet company goals and individual KPI's.
- Assist in managing the daily operations and compliance always with the mindset of doing what is best for the client
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality client care and adherence to state licensing regulations
- Assist with training and development of staff
- Ensure that all services provided meet or exceed regulatory and accreditation standards; address and resolve compliance or quality issues in a timely manner
- Have a mindset of solving an issue, example, if scheduling issues with a caregiver, find another and be willing to cover until issue resolved.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company goals, review performance, and address any operational challenges
- Offer training that enhances team skills
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
- Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to expand the company’s services and market reach
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
